Crucially, while the nature of the BWTS repair (UV lamp replacement, filter cleaning) typically does not involve hot work, our protocols demand a full risk assessment. Had hot work been necessary, VSR would have strictly enforced the requirement for a valid Gas-Free Certificate and Hot Work Permit, ready to halt operations if safety conditions were not 100% met.
